Andy’s work as an illustrator and printmaker is informed by making drawings and paintings from life, which are then revisited through print. The original drawings aim to catch the essence of a place in a form that can be translated to print back in the studio. He is drawn to the immediacy that the screen-print and monotype processes allow. Andy’s printmaking is represented through galleries across the UK whilst, as an illustrator, he has worked on a wide range of commercial commissions, across the publishing, editorial, advertising, and design sectors. close
