Your Portfolio page is cleanly designed and pre-formatted; your only job is to select the 18 images you want to show to art directors worldwide. We have designed a state-of the -art on line self upload tool for our subscribers: use it to get your portfolio up and running right away, and return to change your images as often as you like, at no extra charge. Create and update your bio and client list as your career grows; change your contact information immediately, whenever needed, to avoid missing that big job.

STOCK REGISTRATION
Theispot.com offers an innovative way for you to market your existing work without a stock agency and keep 75% of the profits. License your illustrations again and again worldwide; you maintain total control of your work. Show as many illustrations as you like on theispot.com Stock Sub-site. There is an annual membership fee of $250 plus a one-time $15 per image digital submission fee. These are your only up front costs. A complimentary Stock page, including all of your images, your bio and client list is included in your annual fee. In addition, each of your illustrations is entered into our search engine using 10 keywords and a custom pricing level preselected by you. As in the Portfolio section, we display your work safely at low resolution, but we archive your stock pieces in high res as well. Once the desired illustration is found, the buyer may use our on-line pricing tool to enter the usage specifications, license the work on line via secure credit card transaction or purchase order account and download a hi res file immediately. For more complicated usages, an 800 number is available, and theispot.com staff acts as an intermediary to ensure that the sale goes smoothly and an appropriate fee is retrieved for the artist. We process the total transaction by credit card or invoice. The illustrator is paid 75% of the negotiated or on line price following our receipt of the licensing fee; checks and complete statements are issued biweekly.
