We love seeing Chris Gash's deceptively simple take on things each week in the New York Times.  This week’s work includes the “On the Road” column wich was inspired by the movie “Up in the Air,” about the secret, ultra-elite class of airline customers who are offered the best, unadvertised perks. Chris’s Science piece was about excessive alcohol consumption in flies.  Most interesting is that they exhibited signs of alcoholism, such as binging after a dry period.  (Again, something we know absolutely NOTHING about!)
