Liz Lomax is living the Great New York Dream: Working with legendary Creative Director Simon Doonan on the Holiday windows of Barney’s, New York.

The job involved sculpting 11 life-sized caricatures of famous chefs in just seven weeks for Barney’s foodie-themed holiday windows sponsored by the Food Network, Cooking Channel and illycaffe. Liz started with Martha Stewart…

…and got the green light to go ahead, only BIGGER, with the other ten. Here’s Simon himself, with an assistant, giving Martha a test run:

Up next, Paula Deen, rendered first with an armature of foil:

Then sculpted and baked up by Liz:

And brought to life with vivid paint:

Here’s Liz and her trusty assistant, Amy Grant, at Barney’s display headquarters with their new best friends, Paula, Martha, Sandra Lee and Ina Garten:

Kissing up to Anthony Bourdain:

Painting the town with Bobby Flay:

Putting the finishing touches on Wolfgang Puck:

Getting a bit punch-drunk, but keeping it together, for Guy Fieri:

And finally, Mario Batali’s gi-normous head on a platter:
