Jon Reinfurt created this full page illustration the new issue of Dream, a quarterly trade magazine published by the Children's Hospital of Boston. The article is called "Gluten-free Fallout" and it talks about the pros and cons of the recent trend of gluten-free dieting.

Because stores are beginning to carry more and more gluten-free products, people suffering from celiac disease are able to have a stable diet, but the number of people choosing a gluten-free lifestyle without having the disease is growing at an alarming rate.  Unless they are paying close attention to their nutritional needs they could be harming themselves more then helping.
