Sean Tiffany’s on-going series for Sports Illustrated Kids, “What’s the Call?” never fails to intrigue and exhaust us.  Most trecently, we were asked to ponder basketball, hockey, and a baseball play wherein an outfielder hops into the other team's bullpen to shag a fly ball.
