Jurgen Mantzke was commissioned by Hanley Wood, LLC for one of their B2B magazines to illustrate how developers of multi-family residences come in and build large developments which create an inevitable strain on the community.

The large building being placed by an off-screen crane is obviously dangerously unstable and overshadows the community below. Jurgen made it a different color to add contrast and to make it a different "breed" from the rest of the residences.
