Jonathan Williams was commissioned by New Internationalist to create a set of 12 images for the “World in Your Kitchen” 2013 Calendar, featuring a vegetarian recipe each month from a different country.

Each image is inspired by the food and/or country from which it comes; this one for April is inspired by an Egyptian dish called Gibneh beydah (goat's cheese dip). Proceeds from the calendar go to a number of charities including Amnesty International, Traidcraft, CAFOD, SCIAF and Christian Aid.
