LAURA WATSON: YALE-NEW HAVEN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL

Laura Watson was commissioned by Yale-New Haven Children’s Hospital to create a fun suite of artwork to brighten their walls. The hospital places as much emphasis on a child’s emotional needs as they do on treating the illness and with that in mind chose the theme of “travel/journey as a metaphor for the healing process.”
