Stephen Barnwell

Stephen Barnwell is a full-time artist, book designer, and publisher, with a BFA in art from Bard College. He has been exhibited in over 90 galleries and museums throughout the United States and Europe, including the Palais de Tokyo Contemporary Art Museum in Paris, the Lahti Art Museum in Finland, the Marin Museum of Contemporary Art in California, and the Andrew Kreps Gallery in New York City. Barnwell’s work is in private collections in all fifty US states as well as in fifty-one countries around the globe. His prints are in the permanent collections of the Danish National Museum, Center for the Study of Political Graphics in Los Angeles, the Lake Eustis Museum in Florida, and the Lock Haven University Gallery in Pennsylvania.
