Steven Salerno's half page illustration on the cover of the Sunday NY Times Real Estate section is all about big apartments with BIG, BIG price tags.
The article comments on the fact that in recent years there's been a surge of three to seven bedroom apartments making their way into the marketplace, priced from $2.5 million to $7 million (and up!) to keep pace with the growing demand from people who no longer want to relocate to the suburbs once their family size calls for more space.
