SOCIETY OF ILLUSTRATORS 60 EXHIBIT, PART ONE

Part One of this year’s Society of Illustrators 60th Annual Exhibition opened on Friday, January 5th to great fanfare (and frigid temperatures). The turnout was great, celebrating Advertising, Institutional, Uncommissioned, and new-this-year Surface/ Product Design Categories.

Yarek Waszul accepted an Institutional Gold Medal for Grimes-Art Angels (client: Polaris Music Prize)

Mark Fredrickson’s 550 piece puzzle for client Ceaco, based on his painting Swim Before Sunset, earned him a Silver Medal in Surface / Product Design.

Congratulations to both as well as all of the other talented ispotters whose work was included!
