Out now in the latest issue of @altajournal , for a story about the pioneers of private space flight. Evel Knievel enlisted the slightly eccentric but genius mind of Bob Truax to chase his ill fated dream of reaching space.
I find the amount of cash todays billionaires spend on this whimsy sickening, but this dream seemed like a logical next step for Knievel, and at least he did something remarkable to make his money, not just sell stuff. 1970's heroes were the best, warts and all.

One of my favourite images from last year, and maybe the best series of images I've ever worked on, it's nice to still be getting excited by this job!
