Edel Rodriguez has teamed up with Le Calabash culinary school to create a week-long, immersive art and cooking retreat in the Loire Valley, about three hours Southwest of Paris.  The classes are limited to 10 people and will adapt to everyone's skill level; there will be trips to chateaux and local markets along the way.
