Anni Betts illustrated an ingenious pair of coloring rolls, which are long pieces of coloring paper rolled up and tucked into a box, complete with their own crayons, for Mudpuppy. “Animals of the World” features critters from different habitats around the globe, and “Under the Sea” has lots of underwater creatures floating through the ocean.  (more)

Anni Betts illustrated The Baby Files, a great new first-year record book that just published by UK Yankee. Instead of being geared only towards traditional moms and dads, this book is written in such a way as to make it equally appropriate for same-sex parents and adoptive parents, as well as parents of any race, age, or religious background. Anni Betts celebrates the extra leap day this February by illustrating a quote from Henry Ford, “Chop your own wood and it will warm you twice.” It’s a sentiment she likes for the idea that things such as doing chores and walking instead of driving can not only be enjoyable but also warm you up on these cold winter days.
