Tim O’Brien pulled an all-nighter to produce this chaotic cover illustration for this week’s double issue of TIME magazine. “The e-mail from [TIME Creative Director] D.W. Pine asked if I could paint Trump in a storm,” says Tim. “As soon as he asked I saw the image.” (more)
