MATT ROTA FOR TEXAS MONTHLY

A new one for @texasmonthly one of two images for a beautifully written excerpt from the new @sarahbirdwriter novel, Last Dance on the Starlight Pier. The story is set in 1920’s Galveston TX. I had fun with this image, it was done in ink and gouache, with only a little digital tweaking.
