ROBERT NEUBECKER ILLUSTRATION: SALT LAKE LIBRARY EXHIBITION

Robert Neubecker’s studio has been buzzing in preparation for a retrospective of his warmly inspiring children’s book artwork, scheduled for the Main Library in Salt Lake City, UT, through mid-August. 

The show will hang in the Children’s Reading Room, “But having been an outspoken editorial illustrator for a lot of years, there's a lot of that too,” says Robert.  To which Robyn Green, the head librarian, replied, "Good. It'll make 'em think."  Below, framing and preparing the work, both original and printed:
