JASON SEILER ILLUSTRATES THE GUARDIANS FOR TIME

Jason Seiler was commissioned to work on a cover for TIME magazine's Person of the Year issue. Although his subject was not chosen, Jason's painting still plays an important role in a upcoming special issue as its own inside cover on The Guardians of the Year (The Public Servants) and is used online and digitally to illustrate the story.


"I'm really happy with the work on this cover and so honored that TIME asked me to do this," says Jason. "It was a lot of work, many hours drawing and painting, which is not so bad since it is what I love to do anyway. Overall, a great experience that I am happy to be a part of!"
