STEVEN SALERNO ILLUSTRATION: GREEN JACKET FOR TIGER IN 2019?

Steven Salerno's keen interest in the game of golf has led to numerous golf-related illustration assignments from golf publications, the pgatour.com, and other golf clients. He has also developed a striking body of sports images as limited edition golf art prints, many of which are in private collections in The United States and Europe.

Any golf fan knows that Jack Nicklaus holds the amazing record of 18 Major Championship victories... a record that no one thought could be surpassed or even matched. Then Tiger Woods came along and quickly amassed 14 Major Championship wins and seemed to be on track to cruise beyond Nicklaus' record. But Tiger's career derailed and he has not won a Major in ten years(!) However, in 2018 and 2019 Tiger has resurrected his game into top form again and for this year's Masters (first of the four Major Championships held each year) he has a legitimate opportunity to win another Major again.


Tiger has already won the Masters four times.... so maybe this week at the Masters he could very well win for a 5th time! Posted here is Steve's recent art image on the topic of Tiger's speculative 5th Masters title... as well as a limited edition art print he created a number of years ago highlighting his 14 Major Championship victories, entitled, "14 Red Shirts."
