JING JING TSONG WORKS IN TANDEM WITH MUSIC

Jing Jing Tsong worked with Muir Quartet and Boston Symphony violinist Lucia Lin to create an image for Lin’s project, InTandem. Lin has commissioned 10 composers to create pieces for the violin and any other instrument. Jing Jing uses abstract shapes to represent the contemporary work of these composers.
The violin opens up, inviting new voices and possibilites. The first video is up, a piece for harp (Charles Overton) and violin called, "Printing Kapa" by Michael-Thomas Fumai . View and listen to it here.
