GORDON STUDER FOR DELOITTE

Gordon Studer produced two striking cover illustrations recently for Deloitte. This cover for Workforce Ecosystems: Annual MIT/SMR-Deloitte Study visualized today's workforce as a range of internal and external parties including employees, contractors, gig workers, professional service providers, application developers, crowdsourced contributors, and others requiring an integrated approach.

The second cover, for The Future of Behavioral Health: An Array of Needs and Opportunities, illustrates the finding that at least one in four people experience significant behavioral illness at some point in life. The COVID-19 pandemic, the resulting economic fallout, and social unrest related to systemic inequity exacerbated the situation further.
