ZARA PICKEN FOR TD MAGAZINE

Zara Picken was commissioned by the Association for Talent Development's TD Magazine to illustrate a double-page opener for a feature entitled "Five Opportunity Spaces for the Future of Learning." The article discusses the importance of embracing perceived societal disruptions as a competitive advantage when developing innovative learning solutions. The key areas of focus are social, technological, economic, environmental and political; Zara's illustration highlights several trends in these domains that are poised to disrupt the landscape of learning.
