JULIA KERSCHBAUMER HONORED BY CREATIVE QUARTERLY

Julia Kerschbaumer's pattern illustration, "Shopping Frenzy," is selected as a winner at Creative Quarterly No. 59, as well as two others among the runners-up.   

Shopping Frenzy (winner) is a whimsical pattern of people freaking out while shopping. It was created for use as a header on Julia's online shop, "Illubelle“.

Family Portrait (runner-up) is a personal little glimpse into the artist's family life. "It shows me with my partner, our two kids and two cats, surrounded by items of our life," says Julia.


Rudeness (runner-up) depicts the rudeness of Donald Trump's way of speaking. "It shocks me that a world-leading politician, who should be a role model, has no sense of responsibility on the words he spreads, as language forms the way we think."
